Mrs. Theresa Madziva
The Tobacco Research Board (TRB) – Kutsaga announces the retirement of Mrs. Theresa Madziva, the Executive Director of Finance and Administration, with effect from the close of business on Tuesday 31 December 2024 after having served the Board for 22 years. Mrs. Madziva’s outstanding leadership and financial expertise have been integral to TRB's success. Her contributions have strengthened our operations and inspired excellence across the organization.
Mr. Dudzai Chibanda
We are pleased to announce that Mr. Dudzai Chibanda, the Head of Finance will assume the role of Finance Director in an Acting capacity, with effect from Wednesday 01 January 2025 until the appointment of a substantive director. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Madziva for her dedicated service and wish her a fulfilling retirement while welcoming Mr. Chibanda to his new responsibilities.
